日本人です！ スタッフの皆さんが明るく接してくれました！ チェックイン時に屋上のトイレに行ったらマンゴージュースをもらったそうです！入口の方がタクシーを待ってる間に椅子を貸してくれたりコーヒーをいただいたりしました！とっても優しいです。もしまたエジプトに来るならここに泊まります！

This hotel has an amazing view of the pyramids off it’s roof, the room was clean and tidy serviced every day, staff were very helpful arranging taxis and airport transfers for me. There is a shop next to the hotel. On the down side no lift in the hotel so stairs to the second floor every day, hot water appears limited showers were warm at best. It was very noisy at bight with traffic hooting and beeping most of the night. Not much to do around the hotel so needed a driver every night.

tt fonctionnait mais personnel pas très accueillant et froid qui ne parle pas vraiment anglais voir pas du tt pour certains et arnaque avec leur activité ils sont a 3 a 4x plus cher que sur une activité sur getyourguide et force a prendre leur taxi a des prix bien trop cher 35 dollars pour un trajet de 5 km en disant que les uber ne sont pas fiable car demande de l’argent en plus ce qui est totalement faux ( j’en ai pris une vingtaine et tout à te avec l’application Uber) et photo mensongère comme le nom ça n’a rien d’une palace on se retrouve dans un quartier pas très sûr avec une façade et des finitions à revoir j’ai dû changer d’hôtel aller au hilton grand nil je recommande vivement

Everyone at the hotel was courteous and helpful. The property is exceptionally clean, and our rooms were serviced daily. It’s only a six‑minute Uber ride to the Pyramids and the Sphinx, and about a forty‑minute ride into Cairo. The surrounding area is still developing, but we felt safe throughout our stay. If I return to Giza, I would definitely stay here again.

Room was very clean. New towels and water provided daily. Desk staff always available and helpful. Check-in and out very easy. Unfortunately there was construction in the area so was noisy at times.

Nice staff! Very kind and friendly. The manager has always an open ear if there are questions. For a hotel in Cairo very very nice! Clean rooms! The rooftop is immaculate! The breakfast is very good the falafel are amazing. If you want a safe place with kind people go to the palace pyramids inn!!!

Bij inchecken mededeling dat we in ander hotel moeten verblijven (zelfde management) : Eco pyramid green hotel ipv The palace pyramids inn : personeel heel behulpzaam 2 kamers uitstekend ( 1met mooie view op pyramiden )-badkamer gemiddeld . Eten (diner+ ontbijt ) onder verwachtingen. Ontbijt op de foto 's ( beide hotels) was uitgebreid en eerder Westers ontbijt . Dit was niet het geval (en eerder Egyptisch ontbijt).

The hotel staff were incredibly kind and welcoming throughout our stay. They were always ready to help and regularly checked in to make sure we didn’t need anything. In particular, Mohammed, Nadir, Ahmed, and Mahmood were extremely helpful with recommendations on great places to eat in Cairo and gave us valuable advice for visitng the city. Their support really made our stay feel safe, comfortable, and enjoyable.

Such a wonderful hotel, considerate staff, welcoming hosts, overall 10/10. The owner Ahmed was such a delight, very attentive to our needs and made sure that we had a wonderful and comfortable stay. The rooms are very clean, the breakfast has a great selection and the location is at an amazing place. What was stunning was the views from the roof of the hotel, the ambience was just the best. I would like to thank Ahmed and the entire staff for being the best. Also, Ahmed does the best tours of Egypt. This hotel is highly, highly recommended. I wish I could just live there at this point.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Palace Pyramids Hotel and couldn’t recommend it more highly. The hotel itself is spotless, very well run, and feels genuinely safe and comfortable. The facilities are great, but the real show-stopper is the rooftop. The view of the pyramids from up there is honestly unbelievable. Having breakfast each morning while looking straight out at them was a pinch-yourself moment, and coming back in the evenings after a long day of exploring to see them again at sunset was just magical. The rooms were very comfortable and felt completely secure — we were happy leaving valuables behind while we were out for the day, which says a lot when travelling. What really makes this place special, though, is the people. Every single member of staff was kind, genuine, and incredibly helpful — nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Nadia, in particular, went above and beyond. On our first day she even jumped in a tuk-tuk with me and my dad to help us get local Egyptian SIM cards, knowing we didn’t speak Arabic. That level of care really sets the tone for the whole place. She also helped us design an itinerary as soon as we arrived, making sure everything we wanted to see was covered, and had it all ready to go by the next morning. We were also lucky enough to have Ahmed, the owner of the hotel, personally guide us around Cairo for two days. As a Cairo-born, highly experienced guide, he was exceptional. We were able to get into every museum and site w

Very pleased with this hotel and staff. The room was comfortable, with a balcony area and accessible to the upstairs outdoor area which gives stunning views of the pyramids. The service we received was excellent. Everyone was extremely helpful and kind. 100/10.

This hotel is advertised as 5star. There’s no way it’s a 5 star. 3/4 star max. The property is nice, the rooms are basic. I didn’t have a hairdryer or fridge in my room. One morning there was no hot water, while I was in the shower. The staff are really good though, especially the chap called Mohammed. He was the only one that spoke some English!
