It was clean, there were no insects, and it was a very good hotel for the price.
The people at the hotel are also very kind, so I highly recommend it.
It was a little confusing because you can't get to the hotel lobby unless you take the elevator to the top floor.

new townの真ん中に位置していますが、路地中ゆえ、それほど騒音は感じません。一方で、周辺の道路の渋滞は昼夜激しく、Uber、タクシーを使いにくいロケーションです。
施設は築年数がかさみ、部屋も手狭ですが、まぁ、大乗です。朝食は、エジプトっぽい感じですが、問題無しです。」
「Excellent bang for your buck! The rooms were very clean. The breakfast was delicious. The café upstairs had a great selection of drinks and shisha. More importantly, the staff was extremely hospitable! Shot out to Mahmoud who regularly sat with my family and I in the lobby to have tea and give us great recommendations around Cairo. This hotel experience really made our Egypt trip great. 」

"The lobby is full of bad smell of Tabasco as the cafe on the floor allows smoking. The second floor of restaois also smelly. Staffs are not trained well. I do not recommend this hotel.
