「Where do I even begin. After 12 hours of traveling my partner and I arrived at this hotel and immediately felt uncomfortable due to the camel & horse droppings smell but we figured it’s a part of the experience. We did our booking on Expedia so upon arrival I gave them our itinerary number and information to confirm that we had a booking and this is where things get..uncomfortable. The man at the front desk says to us that since we booked on Expedia and they “no longer work with Expedia”...

「Overall the hotel is clean, staff are polite and helpful, and the location is excellent. I stayed in Suite 501 and Room 401, both clean and comfortable.
In Suite 501, the curtains are short and do not block light properly the room remains bright and cannot be fully darkened for rest. Also, the TV is placed in a very awkward position, and the door lock needs repair it is difficult to lock and unlock properly with the key.
Breakfast was quite disappointing.
