Rooms are clean and well maintained. Staff are generally very helpful and efficient except one or two in the restaurants. Breakfast is good in general but I wish the cooked food is a bit hotter. Otherwise location is good. Rooftop is great for a drink and food and viewing the pyramids. Plenty of restaurants nearby and this hotel’s restaurant serves very good food and good price. The travel agent in the hotel arranged a 3 days private tour for us plus picking up and dropping off to the airport. Really good value and we had a spacious car and a knowledgeable guide and a driver. Well recommended On the whole, a very enjoyable 4 nights stay

My family stayed at this hotel for 10 nights . The hotel is very clean and well maintained. You can find everything within walking distance. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for somewhere to Stay to be very close to the pyramids.

I had a great time at this hotel. The staff was so friendly and professional, and the service was great. The restaurant at the top of the hotel was amazing with amazing food and spectacular views of the pyramids. The hotel also provides good tourist guides and tours which made it easy to tour around Cairo. Everything was really clean and comfy.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. The hotel atmosphere is calm and relaxing. Our room was spotless and the rooftop has one of the best pyramid views. Reception also helped us arrange transportation and excursions around Cairo.

Overall the hotel is clean, staff are polite and helpful, and the location is excellent. I stayed in Suite 501 and Room 401 both clean and comfortable. In Suite 501, the curtains are short and do not block light properly the room remains bright and cannot be fully darkened for rest. Also, the TV is placed in a very awkward position in the suite. Breakfast was quite disappointing. The selection was very limited and quality was poor. My family could not find suitable options and left without eating. I would like to thank Mohamed a polite and energetic young man as well as Habiba from the restaurant and Abdullah and Malika at reception. The staff in general are good and very friendly. I hope breakfast quality, the light‑blocking in the suite, and the TV placement can be improved the hotel

I hope breakfast quality, the light blocking in the suite, the TV placement, and the door lock can all be improved the hotel deserve better standardso.

Deceptive photos, hidden fees, and poor hygiene – do not recommend I travel often and have never encountered such a gap between online reviews and reality. This hotel feels like a surface level setup hiding serious issues. What went wrong: · Hidden fees – I already paid in advance, but was charged extra upon arrival with no prior notice. · WiFi – Almost non existent. · TV – Only local channels; no streaming services. · Noise – Zero soundproofing. I could hear everything from outside even with door and window closed. · View – Paid for a "garden view" but got a dirty alley and adjacent building. · Breakfast – Completely misrepresented. The photos online are not from their actual breakfast. · Cleaning – Bed sheets and blanket unchanged for 12 days. Floors were swept but nothing was wiped down (including the bathroom). Bathroom barely touched. · Water – No water for two days during my stay, mind you this is a dessert so it’s dusty here. · Missing amenities – No snack bar, no spa. The only positives: · The restaurant has a great view. · A couple of staff members were nice. Bottom line: Looks good online, but once you arrive and turn on the lights, the truth shows. I felt scammed and will not return.
