Find Hotel with a Concierge in Downtown Cairo

"Great view of the Nile if you book the front view. . A little too uhm oversolicitous by staff. Security was so over the top it gave me willys at times. Of course all of Egypt is like that. Armed guys everywhere you go as a tourist. Creepy. Traffic is OMG. I suspect other Fairmonts are normal that way."

"Great stay. Good breakfast. Nice staff. Interesting bathroom setup but everything is clean and staff is willing to fix anything shortly after requested. We spent most of our days out of the room so we didn’t mind the size… which was on the smaller size. I would have liked more counter space. But I really must say that we had a great stay.
