I definietly coming back

Check-in was a breeze. We arrived about 10am from a 15 night cruise. Although we couldn’t get into our rooms right away, they did store the luggage for us. This allowed us to leisurely shop/window shop/grab a bite to eat. They called within 2-3 hours to let us know our rooms were ready. Excellent location. Spacious rooms. Beds could definitely use an upgrade. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars due to the staff (exceptional doormen), unbeatable location and overall swanky-ness of the property. Only negative is the mattresses definitely need upgrading (too soft and I’m guessing poor quality or several years old—definitely time for a refresh).

This is a very nice hotel, in very good location, walking distance to all the places we plan to visit.

It is very strange people from reception, low level, but hotel is not bad

Such a nice boutique hotel! Everything was perfect, and the staff were very friendly and helpful :) Breakfast was also fresh and delicious!
