"This property had a winding, narrow 25 step staircase to get to the apartment and was noisy late into the evening with neighborhood noise. The stairway entrance should be information listed for this property. It was difficult for us senior folks to manage the stairs. There was a large cockroach in the bathroom!"

"The apartment was perfect for our family - multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, a full kitchen that was well equipped. Great place to stay out of the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas - providing a chance to experience the local culture yet just a short walk to the metro making it easy to get around the city. The property management was very communicative and helpful as well. The only downside was that it was a bit noisy at night due to adjacent businesses. "

"Small but beautiful and clean apartment, 2 blocks from the beach. Check-in is at a completely different address several blocks away, which was unclear in the app, so I had to walk some distance with my bags to find it. The staff were very sweet and they drove me back to the apartment after check in. Check out procedure is also vague, I dropped off the key cards, then emailed to confirm that was all I had to do, but have yet to receive a response. Unclear if the problem is with the Hotels.com...

"The hotel staff where very friendly and helpful and we managed to check in an hour early, we dropped our bags off and checked in and they called us when our room was ready as we were there early. The room was very clean and ideal for what we needed, it was a little tired and a little noisy with the road outside, we were only there for one night for a concert and it was walking distance so perfect for getting back when it’s impossible to get a taxi or Uber.
