「It’s a gem! The family and staff tending the hotel could not be more helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great and even though the hotel is small the rooms are large and very comfortable. Beautiful place!!」
「Kind, courteous staff. Only stayed here one night when arriving in Cartagena before heading to the islands. Wish we had come back here for the second part of our trip in Cartagena. Convenient location to lively nightlife, restaurants, etc yet no right on the corner and rooms are away from the street so they are *quiet* at night. 」
「We really loved our stay at Casa Moraira. The rooms are spacious and the decorations are beautiful. The small pool and hammock were perfect to take a nap in the afternoon heat. The homemade breakfasts were amazing, you felt like you were eating at home, very cozy. The location in the heart of Getsemaní was perfect as well. My only suggestion would be to make the bathrooms a bit bigger and decorate them as beautiful as the rest of the house!」

「This is a historic Colonial property in a historic, artsy neighborhood. Walkable right out the door to shops and cafes etc. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you want a gleaming tower separate from the real city, this is not for you. If you want authenticity (and comfort too!) then come here. I’d go back in a heartbeat.」
「I found this hotel very convenient to the areas of tourism. You can walk to the Walled City and Getsameni if you continue your walk you’ll eventually hit the beach. Very clean and the hotel staff were very polite. 」
「Cartagena Legends is in a walkable area. In Calle Larga you find plenty of restaurants near the hotel at literally steps away. We would dine at Macarena which was next door and it had great WiFi.」
