"Very nice staff
There is a Street right next to our hotel that was really dangerous. The reception guy mention not to walk in that direction. When we came late at night to the hotel they always leot an eye to us and open the door "
"Was a beautiful hotel. The luxury pool side in lobby is by far the best part of the hotel and many things are great here. Be sure to pay the extra for breakfast because you can chose anything off the menus to be made for you and there is buffet options coffee, juice, all unlimited included if you pay for breakfast everything was delicious too. They have free massages by the pool side. Passion fruit icy with cream included by pool side. Second poll on roof with another bar up there. Staff is very kind and helpful. Rooms are nice size and bed very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend "
"Had a very pleasant stay at the Arsenal, very clean rooms. Conveniently located and walking distance to attractions. Most of all the great customer service especially from Juan & Alfons in the reception and Karen in the breakfast service. I felt valued and appreciated. Keep up the great work"
"The building was absolutely beautiful, a historic landmark inside the old city and the room was magnificent. The staff was amazing, from our check in with Jeremy to our poolside dinner and cocktails courtesy of Edwin, to breakfasts with Fabian we loved the staff. We stayed in building 2 which had much bigger rooms. This was one of our all time favorite hotels!!"
