「We rented both the upstairs and downstairs apartment for a guys trip. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Comfortable beds. Stocked kitchen. The neighborhood was wonderful. Great bars and restaurants within just a few blocks walking distance. Portland is a very charming town and well worth a visit.」

「The kids got to swim, jump off a floating platform, kayak & canoe, fish, roast marshmallows by the fire, and help me grill dinner. If any of these is your goal then this is a fantastic place to do it. There's also rentals for boats and jetskis nearby. The swim area is shaded starting in the afternoon. Property also included paddles for the kayaks/canoe as well as the requisite life jackets you'd need to go out. It's shared space, but we didn't have a problem finding a kayak or sharing the fire...

「We stay here twice a year, in the spring and fall. Highlights are the farmers market, fish market, restaurants and hiking. We also love to just sit in the living room and watch the boats. 」

「Easy to get to, conveniently located close to restaurants, bars, shops, and downtown. There are stairs to climb, which didn't bother us, but be mindful as it is on the 3rd floor. Parking is only available on the street, and it was hard to find a spot close by the condo. But, we eventually did park close, so it worked out. We would definitely book this place again and again!」

「We enjoyed the apartment very much. there is only one parking place so that can be tricky if two groups are meeting up for a stay. There isn't a ton of parking in this residential area but you will find it if you wander a little. The apt. is well appointed and comfortable. We liked hanging out there and it was Quiet!」

「This was a perfect base camp for my annual fall foliage (leaf peeping) trip! Easy to get to Conway, NH or multiple areas throughout Maine (Oxford, Rangley, Portland). Condo was exactly as described, had more than enough sleeping space, fully stocked kitchen and the bathroom essentials were a nice little touch! Will definitely look at stay again in the future. Brad & Kristen were awesome, easy to communicate with, and had a nice binder made up of area suggestions! Recommend staying here!」
