Free off street parking is available for one car a few blocks away or a convenient pay-to-park garage is located next to the building.

This is a third floor apartment with an elevator. There are two steps once out of the elevator and one more step in the middle of the hallway.

The entire condo is for guest use. The apartment is accessed via a shared common area and elevator. Free parking in a surface lot is provided a few blocks away, or guests can access a paid parking garage right next door.
The apartment is designed for self check in but someone is always a phone call or text away if you need assistance.
There are many restaurants, shops, and bars within walking distance from the Condo. The building is safe and secure with an elevator and laundry available.
Complementary off-street Parking for one car is located at DiMillo`s Parking Lot, a few blocks away on Commercial Street. Lyfts, ubers and taxis are plentiful and inexpensive anywhere in town. Walking around is the best way to enjoy the Portland Peninsula!
Access- This apartment is on the third floor with elevator access. There are two steps just outside the elevator and one step along the hallway.
Parking- The free parking for one car is a 5-minute walk a few blocks away. If closer parking is preferred, there is a paid garage adjacent to the building. If parking in the free spot, we recommend that you grab a spot on the street outside the apartment, bring your luggage up to the apartment and then take the parking pass to park your car. Please note- you will need the pass to enter and exit the lot.
Check in/Check out- Check in after 3 PM and check out by 10 AM. If you desire a late check out or an early check in, please request that at least 24-hours ahead of time, during business hours. Our cleaners have a busy schedule but can usually accomodate reasonable requests with enough warning.
Luggage drop off- you can check in with us for early luggage drop off. It is available after the previous guest checks out, just verify the timing in case we have a guest with a late check out.
You will be staying in a high-energy neighborhood with shops restaurants and nightlife. You can expect to hear the regular noise of city life. We have white noise machines in each bedroom. -This is a completely smoke-free property, including marijuana and incense.

Quiet hours are 9 PM to 7 AM- this is a residential building.
