"Service at your hotel is what stood out the most 💐 Giselle was able to check me in early (since the room was available) she recommended and booked a wonderful mud bath and massage session (with Anna) … BOTH experiences exceeded my expectations!! Clean, efficient and SUPER relaxing which is why people are there ! Your pool and jacuzzis were amazing - perfect temperature!! Overall one of the best experiences ever; I felt more like visiting friends not just another guest. GREAT ROOM TOO !! Can’t wait to be back 💖💖"

"Overall this hotel was flawless. We were very pleased with the variety and quality of the included breakfast, cleanliness and staff were great. We only stayed for one night but could easily be happy here for an extended stay. The 16% tax in Healdsburg is an ouch but this hotel tried to balance it with some nice perks like a free shuttle, wine pour and the breakfast was outstanding."

"The hotel is great. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed is too hard. The proximity to this rooftop bar makes it loud at night. The strangest thing about the hotel is the understaffing. The whole lobby is generally staffed by one guy. He’s the front desk, the valet, the bellhop, he may even be a bartender since the front desk doubles for the bar. If you need your car pulled up from valet, the entire lobby is unstaffed and anyone hoping to check-in just sits. Very weird."

"It was fine, the instand coffee machine in lobby was great. Middle of the hotel hang out are left room for more to be desired. Location was good. Had issues with hot water in shower and then couldnt call down before my phone didnt work. "

"They need to add some racks or ability to hang clothes. Plenty of room to add something simple. A real drag when you get there and have a suit and nice clothes for formal events."

"The construction on the street was very distracting and made it uncomfortable while walking to the spa. Otherwise the stay and amenities were amazing. "

"Wildhaven is great for families that want to camp without "roughing it". Everything is nicely laid out and the grounds are attractive. The only thing to be aware of is the distance to the bathrooms. Some of the tents and cabins are pretty far away if you have to get up in the night. Maybe request a tent/cabin close to the facilities if that's a concern. "
