The staff was super accommodating and had everything ready for our arrival. With this being part of a winery was definitely a plus. We were able to try some wine and take some bottles home. Breakfast was a great addition to our stay.
Had an amazing visit here this October! Everyone was very friendly, we got a personal tour around the vineyard followed by a wine tasting. The space was all very recently renovated, so everything was clean and new. The next morning, we even got a private chef breakfast! It was really nice having some peace and quiet away from busier Napa for a night. Next time I would want to bring some food to cook with us, since it is worth noting that there aren't many restaurant options in the area, but they do have a very large kitchen to cook at.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
The property has an amazing view, unique and comfortable living and very nice master and second bedroom. There a few funky things— one ceiling light in the living room didn’t work and was falling down, there was a bag of someone’s clean laundry near the washer/dryer and the pool was quite dirty.
Beyond expectations - 5 star resort all the way. Amazing food, amazing staff (thank you, Brittany). We came here to get to know the area and wanted to move in to Bed & Barrel. You are immediately relaxed, have beautiful views, luxury and incredibly comfortable accommodations! Absolutely partake in everything they have to offer - the picnic baskets, wine tasting, amazing breakfasts, and Michelin star(s) quality dinners cooked by Chef Brittany. You will not be disappointed!!
This property is so beautiful and with only three rooms in the main structure, an intimate setting. We had two of them, and the first night, we had the place to ourselves. That was the best night. It went downhill from there. First, let me be clear, the Inn Keeper is great and this is not a reflection of her service and hospitality.
We knew this was a working winery when we booked, but we we not prepared for a family to show up and, well, act like they own the place. Turns out, they do own the place. The children were so loud, playing outside our rooms, climbing on the ladder to the little loft area, and there was an adult shushing them - so annoying and disruptive. We left for the day and didn't return until late night, like 9PM, but we would have rather enjoyed the property.
We felt insulted and like we were intruding. The kicker was seeing the feast being prepared for the family the morning we check out. It was insulting. For the price we paid, and the chef preparing fresh muffins, bread, coffee, French toast. every morning anyway, it would have been nice to have an omelette or scrambled egg option. Then, 4 or 5 kids burst into the kitchen, loud, talking over each other, and acting like kids, which we did not sign up for. We just got out of there.
Also, the owner used 2 of the 3 parking spaces. Charge your cars and leave the spaces for guests.
The hot water also only got hot once the owner arrived. Could be a coincidence. It was just warm otherwise.
Fantastic stay and find. You won’t be disappointed
Our stay was fantastic. The b&b was beautiful and the staff was amazing. We lounged outback at the fire pit, drank some fabulous wine, laid on the hammock and listened to all the nature around us. The room was clean and large and the bed was comfortable. The heated toilets were 😍. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. We will definitely be coming back.
Really nice modern and clean place. Great costumer service. One thing we didn't like the noise at the place in the morning coming from outside.. most be A/C?!
The stay was AMAZING. So relaxing and a great place to unwind. We especially loved the hike through the vineyards to find the secret swing. Oh what a view!!! We also celebrated a birthday and the host Dina went out of her way to make it special and even bought a cake. This place by far exceeded all expectations. Not to mention the wines. They were superb... my favorite was the Merlot. We definitely plan to visit again.
Amazing amazing… more than what we can imagine. Complimentary wine tasting, chef cooked breakfast, vip vineyard tour. Secret swing sunset view. Many great memories. Thank you!
We had one of the most amazing and romantic gateway in Bed and Barell!
The place is located alongside beautiful mountains with vineyards views!
It is unique and spotless!
The hotel is in modern farm house style with beautiful decor, huge professional grade kitchen, cozy living room and outdoor patio overlooking vineyards and mountains.
Bedroom has comfortable bed, and unique European style bathroom.
It has cute pool overlooking mountains.
But what also makes this place special- are the people who work there!
The host Deanna welcomed us and we felt like being home. She told us about the place and hidden swing that you must to see during the sunset!
In the morning Deanna made us delicious A+ breakfast. Also we met Mike, who warmly welcomed us and told the little story about the hotel!
Pictures don’t show what its really like. You Must to go and experience it!
We also enjoyed complimentary wine from their winery!
I guess when the place owned by family, people work so hard to make it feel like home for their guests! Thank you so much for having us over! We would like to visit you again:)
The host was so welcoming and polite. I wasnt sure about the check in process so I left a message after hours and she called me back the next day and walked me through the check in process. The room and venue was absolutely beautiful. So comforting and clean. If I wasn't satying for buisness I would have definitely done the wine tasting but since I couldn't do that, she left me a bottle of wine in my room! DEFINITELY STAYING HERE AGAIN !!
Wow! Hidden gem in the hills of Lake County. Comfortable and beautiful decor with totally modern feel but homey. Loved the patio with fire pit and the commercial kitchen was a treat. Rooms were luxurious but comfy and offered a reprieve from the busyness of life. We’ll be booking here again if heading back to see my husband’s family. Fantastic experience. Cell service disappeared about 3 miles out. Just be prepared, free wifi on-site
Absolutely exceeded all expectations. Beautiful place, with an even more beautiful staff! Thank you Dina, Daniel, Mike, Jasmine and Jason. Looking forward to a return visit.
Incredible place to stay - everything was perfect from start to finish. The property itself is absolutely gorgeous, from the vineyards to the outside patio, grill and fireplace that guests have full access to. The beds are luxurious and the fresh breakfast in the morning was the icing on the cake. We will be back!
