"This is the second time I've stayed here and this time was as good as the last. The property sees a lot of traffic and it shows in some aspects of the rooms and hallways but the staff keeps everything very clean. The pool and hot tub are great as is the complimentary breakfast and drink after 5:00 pm. I would definitely stay again."

"Breakfast was good. Hotel is older but well-maintained. Everything worked. I felt it was good value for what you receive. Of course, that might change depending on the season. It is located in an OK area of town. Not bad, just not great. Convenient to the freeway."

"The rooms are clean and the price is right! While located about a mile from the center of Healdsburg, there is a nice nature trail that takes you right into town if you want to walk. This spot is also so close to many wineries and we were able to uber everywhere. There are not great amenities and you can tell this is a glammed up Best Western, but the upgrades are nice, the staff is friendly and if all you need is somewhere to rest in between wine tastings, this place is great."

"LOUD! There was an event and we booked a family room. The noise kept waking the children after 10 pm. After the second phone call it got better and was able to get some sleep. Room was clean and spacious! The amenities were great. We have stayed here before and not had an issue though were always previously in a rear room not near lobby and the room where events are hosted. So next time will request a room at back of resort! "
