"I feel like I discovered a hidden gem for staying in the Windsor area. I was so pleased and happy with my "room" which was as actually a one-bedroom apartment. The catch is that this is actually a time-share that tries to recruit new members right after the check-in process, You are told to go to the amenities check-in right across from the regular check-in desk. It is there that you get your wrist band to use the pool and other amenities. And that's where they try to snare you into coming to a "presentation" either that day or the next day. They act as though it's fun party. I was there three days for a family reunion and really was busy most of the time. They tried and tried to get me to commit to a time for this party but I staunchly declined every time offered and was not bothered again. The price was phenomenal and the property first-class. The "party" people are not regular staff at the establishment so don't worry that you will get into trouble by declining."

"I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. Considering the high-end reputation and price point, I expected cleanliness and attention to detail to be top priorities. Unfortunately, when using the towels in our room, we discover a syringe needle wrapped within them. Even more concerning, there appeared to be blood stains on some of the towels. When we reported this to staff, we were told the syringe was likely for insulin. Regardless of what it was used for, that explanation completely misses the point. A used syringe should never be left in guest linens, and blood-stained towels should never make it into a guest room. This raises serious concerns about the hotel’s housekeeping standards and whether rooms and linens are being properly cleaned and inspected between guests. Finding a needle in towels is not only unacceptable but also a potential safety hazard. For a hotel that markets itself as a luxury property, this experience fell far below basic expectations. I hope management takes this matter seriously and improves its cleaning and quality-control procedures to prevent this from happening to future guests."

"I celebrated my bday with family for a three day getaway and it was everything I hoped it would be! The house was cleaned, had everything we needed, the pool and Jacuzzi and pool area looked more breathtaking that on a photo! We had some questions for the host and he was very responsive and accommodating. My family is still under enchantment from this trip! Thank you!"
