"Rooms were nice and clean. Pools were wonderful! Location was right where we wanted to be, so we could get some walking done. We chose the city view, which was beautiful, too. Our room wasn't cleaned until 3 or after each day. Some things need updated, but overall, we gave it 4 stars."

"Noise in room next to us was so loud I recorded from our bed. Wasn’t able too move us unless we were willing to move again next day. No reason to have to listen to that. room on other side complained also. Only thing we got was sorry and we will look into it. Noise the whole stay. Leo"

"Customer service desk employee was less then knowledgeable. Hot tub broken but he couldn't remember it was broken until halfway through our conversation and he replied "ooooooooh yeah there was a maintenence man here today, the hot tub heater is broken. So do you want to cancel reservation and leave or I can contact my manager and have her contact you tomorrow about a refund?" Tomorrow never ended up happening. Pool was freezing cold. Blinds didn't go up or down stuck half open. Beds were ok and only good thing is he did give us a handicap room but proceeded to tell me to please DO NOT PARK IN HANDICAP SPACE!!! What the actual... Next day service desk wasn't much better. Walked past and even stopped twice to talk to them but too busy gossiping. Yes I could hear them. So I just checked out and called it a wash! Will never stay again. "

The staff was friendly and welcoming. Our room was clea. The pool, beach access and overall atmosphere were great. relaxing, fun, and exactly what we needed for a perfect getaway. *****"

"My biggest issue was housekeeping. Not the quality. The house keeper was great. You have to wait until the next day. 24 hours. It’s so ridiculous. I asked for room service 1st thing in the morning and had to wait until after 3 pm the fallowing day. I would suggest you advertise that on Expedia also remove the pool bar from Expedia. I would have also appreciated a day pass for another property’s pool when you have to close your pool. I understand your pool is older and has problems but your visitors should not have to suffer. The pool is part of what we pay for."
