「Very nice team members and place.」

「Very nice hospitality, clean room, very nice atmosphere. Breakfast is also good, I want to stay again. 」

「The hotel is very well located, close to nature and also Salzburg. The service from the personal is very good ready to show where the good restaurants are and other practical things. The breakfast is also good and with a nice view to the beautiful garden.」

「Pleasant two day stay, helpful reception (w/fluent English), good breakfast buffet variety.」

「The heater in the room is not working, and the staff told me change into other room need to pay cleaning fee, cause I’ve already put my bag on the bed and used the toilet. Cleaning fee should be 50 euro, but he’ll give me discount as 20 euro. But the problem is, they should apply us a warm room, and I couldn’t know that the heater is not working when we enter the room. And he told me he doesn’t like to sleep in the warm room….. We couldn’t sleep well because it’s really cold at night. But the...

「The check-in process was good and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful. I also really enjoyed the fresh mountain air and the beautiful surroundings. However, I was disappointed by the size of the room and bathroom. The bed was also too soft for my liking, and I woke up with body aches, which made it difficult to feel well rested. The most disappointing aspect, although admittedly something outside the hotel’s control, was the church bells....
