"Wonderful staff - friendly and welcoming, with a great restaurant attached for breakfast and dinner. The location was super handy for being close to (but not too close!) to the main station but very easily walkable to the main sights of Salzburg. The room was compact but neat and nicely furnished. Very quiet with coffee machine and kettle "

"Very welcoming and accommodating staff ( we got into our room early), well-appointed family room, and lovely welcoming amenities- welcome drinks, chocolates, and stocked complimentary mini fridge. Hotel was very clean and beautifully appointed. "

"Nice boutique hotel and good to use as a base. No fridges in rooms if you need one. It is a bit of a walk into old town but peaceful if you walk along the river. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast is tea and toast with jam and juice to start your day. Hotel is right behind Mirabella palace and 7 min to panoramic tours if you plan any day trips then this location is great for connecting with the busses. "

"This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel. I love that I was able to check in early for a small fee (but if not, they also let you get a locker for 4 EURO) They put me on the 7th floor which offered an amazing view of the mountains in the morning. I like this hotel because it’s close enough to many of the hiking trails but also just a short walk to shopping and good restaurants. I will be back again! They also left a chocolate rabbit on my door for Easter :)"

"Needlessly rude staff "

"Not that spacious but very modern and clean. Well managed property. The neighbour upstairs was extremely noisy but when I whatsapped the management team, they contacted the neighbour upstairs immediately even when it was late at night."
