The check-in was smooth and lady at the front desk was very friendly and explained the city and made very useful recommendations for places to visit. The rooms were very clean and tidy. "We stayed here for a couple of nights to see a bit of Salzburg and do the Sound of Music tour. The apartment was super easy to find and we had a very spacious and clean apartment. Very good location. There are stairs (FYI, no lift, so if carrying a bit of baggage grates on you, don’t stay here) we had 3 suitcases and some skis between us and were absolutely fine. At first, walking in is a a little bit of an eyesore but you fault the apartment, very spacious, well decorated and welcoming....
