Good staff Great location First night was bad due to broken air conditioning. Could not sleep at all . Kids were very uncomfortable . We had to open the windows due hot weather and we got bitten by mosquitoes.

Exceptionally beautiful. Very pricey, but it was very fancy. No microwave in room, but there was a refrigerator. The “family room” had 2 beds and a sofa bed, so my family of 4 needed 2 rooms. In the second room the beds were together into one bed. Not ideal. But the decorative details and the large size of the room was great. The lack of hotel parking or close by parking was not great. We parked in a garage down the street.

No AC. Had to open windows which means the street noise wakes you up at 5am. And we were on the sunrise side of the building so the sun makes the room unbearable by about 8am. HOWEVER our goal was to be out of the room by 9 anyways. Great central location. Close to major trains and buses and attractions. 15 minute walk to Mirabelle Palace. No room service even offered unless you are staying for more than 3 days. Breakfast is over priced for what they serve. We chose coffee and pastries from an amazing bakery down the street.
