Pleasant for a hostel =)

We are surprised that everything has been clean and pleasant. We could go down to the lobby to get hot water anytime. It was a great stay, considering it as a hostel. Very value for money!

We had a 4 bed family room on the second floor . It was comfortable well equipped. There were lots of families with small kids. The property was clean.

We needed to book a place last minute for a family of 8. We were able to book and check into the room fine. Only two of the 8 beds were made. We had get sheets from the front desk for the other 6. The bathroom smelled of marijuana. Beds were comfortable enough. The hotel is nice and close to the train station, but far from old town.

OK for a short stay

good accomodation for a short stay. Room was clean and we had all the linen etc that we needed. A little tight for room with 4 people and luggage however. Heaps of condensation in the room, we had puddles of water running over the windowsills and onto the floor. Didn't bother to even look at the kitchen as it was in the same room as the laundry - really can't get my head around cooking my dinner next to someone sorting their dirty undies and socks!!! Laundry was out of service but we could use the laundry in the A&O building next door.

Clean and basic. 5 minutes walk to main train station. Much quieter than the next door A&O. Room is not big, but they manage to put in a table and three stools. No housekeeping during the stay, except the double bed, you have to put on mattress, duvet and pillow cover yourself, which is fine with us. Fast wifi, luggage storage, basic but clean and good.

The Wolfgang managed by a&o is close to train station where shops around. The room is clean and comfortable. However, it does not provide a kettle. The common kitchen is dirty and untidy, not a desirable place for cooking.

Mozart would not be happy

Room was not properly cleaned, with bits of old food on the floor and under bed. The next morning we realised that the children's beds had no covering bedding (ie pillow cases, duvet covers etc). And to add the cherry on top, another guest managed to open the door to our (private) room during the night. Location is good.

The hotel front desk is very slow. I have to wait for 30 min. before being checked in. The room I am in has 8 beds. The bathroom has no soap and it smells bad. The 8 euro breakfast is very minimum. Not recommended. Over all, I don’t recommend this hostel to you.

Terrible service and good location

Good location. Very bad service -- practically non-existent service. The room was not cleaned. The paper bag of the previous occupant was still in the room. The beds were not made. The receptionist was always busy. Every time I went to complain, there were always six or seven people waiting to check it, and thus it was not possible to talk to the receptionist. There was no other option. The rates are very high for a hostel.
