The hotel was amazing. The staff were awesome especially Rodick. Breakfast was excellent. The staff cared about what they do. This hotel was perfect for us. Heaps of character, beautiful rooms, wonderful location (right by Charles Bridge), extremely helpful staff, great breakfast each morning. There were heaps of places to eat nearby and most attractions were within walking distance. We absolutely loved it! The only slightly negative thing for us was the bed was rock hard. It was difficult for us, but our other family members didn't have a problem with it. So, this may just be personal preference. We would 100% stay here again if we came back to Prague - it was wonderful.

We stayed for 2 nights and found the location to be absolutely perfect for exploring the Old Town and all the other city sights. The hotel itself was extremely clean and the room was huge. The front desk staff were very helpful and recommended some great places to eat. The breakfast was also pretty good and had something for everyone. Definitely a great location and comfortable stay for exploring the city.
