Hotel, great! Very clean and close to a lot of great places. The city is beautiful. Only complaint… They said at check in that breakfast was included but we ended up getting charged for it. It was a great breakfast but certainly not included. Overall, great place.

The staff at check in and bell boy had great service! They offered recommendations and a map to get around the city. The room was spacey and clean. I recommend to stay here in your next visit to Salzburg.
