「I did not even stay at this property. Even though listing was up on expedia, as soon as I booked, the hotel sent me a message saying it is not available. I've asked for help to cancel to get my money back, they told me to contact Expedia. Fair enough, I've contacted expedia explained the situation. Expedia said they could not contact the hotel and did not refund my money. A service I didn't even use!! Hotel didn't move a finger to help. The concierge service at Long Bay Beach Club coordinated VIP airport entrance and transportation to the villa and we skiped the long line. We also opted for gourmet chef service, and it was a fantastic experience. The villa was impeccably clean, with high-quality towels, shampoo, and all the amenities we could imagine....
「The property, staff and accommodations were all excellent! It’s located on a beautiful part of the beach with free chairs, small table and umbrellas for guests next to their cabana restaurant and bar. Our whole stay was very relaxing. We had access to downtown via the shuttle to the sister property. The only downside was the shuttles air conditioning was broken and it was very hot.」

「Awesome small scale property with great beach access and walkable to so many restaurants and shops. Grocery is a short walk and a great option to stock the condo. Tons to do or a great place to just relax. We never had issues finding plenty of beach or pool chairs any time of the day. The whole family agrees - we would go back in a heartbeat! 」
