「Worst hospitality I've experienced. Location is great. facility is nice and modern. However we think staff's hospitality couldn't be worse. They don't intend to care of the guest AT ALL. When we checked-in, no one was at the reception. We found a staff in the office and ask her to check-in, but she said she felt cold and seemed not to want to spend the time to explain about the hotel at the reception outside. She explained very quickly how to open our room's door, but nothing else about...

「We had an amazing stay at the Ritz Carlton Turks and Caicos. Beach and the property is so beautiful. Staffs are so great and made our stay memorable. Special mention to front desk guest assistant Tina and Kids club staffs Christina and Addy. Our kids also loved this place and didn’t want to leave at all. Thank you! 」

「ビーチフロントの部屋が良いです。このロケーションは他のビーチリゾートでもなかなかないと思います。この島はレストランのカテゴリーがみな同じで値段も高いので食事はスーパーで食材を買って部屋で調理するのが良いと思います。」
