If you are seeking relaxation with superb service, this is the place. Lastly, but certainly not least, Delores at the Almond restaurant was phenomenal and took the best care of our family. 「Worst hospitality I've experienced. Location is great. facility is nice and modern. However we think staff's hospitality couldn't be worse. They don't intend to care of the guest AT ALL. When we checked-in, no one was at the reception. We found a staff in the office and ask her to check-in, but she said she felt cold and seemed not to want to spend the time to explain about the hotel at the reception outside.
