「Beautiful property and the rooms were very clean and spacious. It is not an all-inclusive resort but you get a daily credit for breakfast which covers most of your meal and the food was great. We had a great time here and the water was beautiful. Staff were friendly. I would stay again!」

Staff is mostly friendly with a few who seem like they might need a vacation themselves, lol. Shout out to the ones who went above and beyond: Winchell, Jackson, Pedro, Sly, Shaneka, Smiley, the guy who makes the eggs, and a handful of others I can’t remember the names of.」

「Very beautiful kept grounds, helpful staff and our room was great. However there could be some evening entertainment and a changing menu. Was there a 5 days and for lunch/dinner the same menu to choose from. Also the wifi was pretty bad at times.」

「Our stay at Ocean club east was nice. Good was good, staff were mostly pleasant. The room has all the cooking essentials. It was nice to have a washer/dryer. But the dryer was very loud. Bathroom was spacious. Good closet space. The best part was free parking and right on Grace bay. A room closer to the beach would have been nice, as I was celebrating my birthday. But they did provide a cake. Nice touch. Restaurant closed early and drinks were not very strong for $25 Margaritas. It was nice they...

「Great location, beach access with beach beds available. There's a café on sit, restaurant and a gift shop for last minute items if needed. The staff was amazing especially Michal B. I was able to text the hotel whenever I needed a taxi to and from. They answered promptly to my request. I highly recommend this hotel.」

More activities and complimentary entertainment or shows on the shore club properties would be nice.」

「Just came back from Turks and Caicos and our stay at the Strand. I can say enough great things bout this property. So beautiful. Our room was so big and just amazing. The staff kept the property so clean. When you dealt with anyone at the staff, they were beyond friendly. I will say that the property is out in the middle of a long quiet road. We rented a car and went around the island.」
