「Property was very nice and clean. It was a locked gate with security at all hours which felt very safe. Our room had no window. Staff allowed us breakfast our first day, then next day said we did not pay for it and could only have coffee. The next day, they told us we could not have any coffee. We were not given an option to pay extra for the breakfast through the expedia package (flight/stay/car). Staff hosted a personal party one day and did not allow us to use the pool or the kitchen...

「I recently stayed at Zenza Hotel and had a positive experience overall. The hotel is clean, modern, and very well maintained. Our room was spacious, nicely designed, and extremely comfortable, with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and a balcony overlooking Turtle Cove—definitely a highlight of the stay. 「This place is really great. There's a complimentary beach shuttle that takes you to the beach and you can QR code your drink orders which they can deliver to you. Bike rentals (which are also complimentary) are also excellent. Staff will help you answer any questions you have about local places to visit. They will also book taxis for you if you request it.
