"The stay started poorly due to the hotel’s shuttle being very difficult to locate, which resulted in an unexpected €25 taxi fare. When I raised this at reception, the response was dismissive and not helpful. The initial room I was given was dark, dated, and overlooked the parking lot. When I asked to change rooms, I was told I would need to pay extra, and my concerns were not taken seriously at first. To their credit, after seeing how unhappy I was, the staff eventually made an effort to improve the situation. However, the overall experience was disappointing"

"We stayed in a "delux" bungalow.... it was hardly delux. yes it was clean but it was very basic ... there is a fridge but no cups/glasses/plates/kettle ect ... Location wise it was fine , a bus & a metro ride to most of the sites "
