"Hi there is totally no air conditioning and the room is hot and you know what when you open the window as there is restaurant around and all the greasy small will come in. Not to mention it’s so noisy there is no way to have a good night sleep. The room is dirty and the bathroom is mouldy. I cankor understand why it’s a 4 star hotel. Please do not book this hotel in anyway. I have taken pictures if there is anyway to post it "

"Breakfast was great. Unfortunately both taxis they ordered for us after we clarifed where we were going they took us to the wrong destinations. Not sure who made the errors. Would stay there again location was great. We had to ask them for our VIP access discount. We also never were offered a room upgrade...they were not forthcoming with the information about these"

"Expedia sent me email confirmation that I have a queen bed; I was offered a very tiny room with a single bed and the was basin was in the room itself so you can imagine how tiny the baton was. I should receive a refund, as I feel I was cheated!!"
