We fly home from Rome once or twice a year and it’s always a headache! The taxi ride is too long to Trevi and the hotels are impossible to stay with tons of luggage!! This hotel was fabulous and the location perfect! 10 minutes from the airport!! Upon our arrival, they greeted us stored our luggage because we had four large bags we went to the room. This hotel was absolutely amazing, they have 24hr check in, a shuttle to the airport for 10€ per person, a breakfast bar, and the friendliest staff that speak both Italian and English! I would recommend this hotel to anyone the rooms are beyond stunning as well!!

Alex, Marco, & their children were extremely helpful in getting us from the airport, providing help in figuring out transportation to the sites we wanted to see, having amazing breakfasts, assisting us in ordering dinner in, & just making our stay fantastic! We loved the big balcony & spacious room with all the really nice amenities! We stayed for 3 nights & would definitely recommend it!

Good place to stay.

The couple were great and I recommend them fully. Very nice and clean place and their attention to detail was second to none. The husband picked us up at the airport and was ver informative about the area especially Ostia Antica. He recommended a great restaurant La Brace Dei Matti, excellent food and atmosphere. All around great 5 star experience and I’m looking forward to stay there again.

The spa is amazing. The food is delicious. The rooms were fun and the beds comfortable. The shower/bath was great. Go with expectations that you are staying someplace interesting and you won’t be disappointed.

We stayed here before a flight and so happy we found it. It is a beautiful space. Relaxing beach vibes, designed well and comfortable, friendly and helpful staff, and good food. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

We needed a single night stay before getting on our flight home from Rome. The bed, price, and accommodations were perfect for this. Our host made the extra effort to make sure we got dinner (Monday nights most restaurants are closed in the area) and to make sure we had breakfast available when we woke at 5:00 am. The location was only 5-10 minutes from the airport.

Immaculate clean room which is my number one priority. Very sweet and friendly owner. She even arranged early morning transport to the airport for us and he was a great driver and friendly. She left us quite a spread for breakfast in the room as well as desserts which we ate after we went to an awesome pizza place which was very close, straight out the front gate towards the beach, Very pleased with this place and I am pretty picky.

Enjoyed our stay immensely. Owner went out of his way to help us and cater to our needs. Room was immaculate and very comfortable. Would recommend to family and friends.

Great little kitchen to share with others. Stocked with water and snacks. Convenient to the airport. We stayed the one night to fly out early. They arranged transport for 20EU. Nice bed and pillows. Roomy shower for Europe

We stayed here 3 times during this trip to Italy and have reviewed it previously as well. Let me start with a shout out to Ash, a great bartender. All of the front desk staff are outstanding and it's difficult to single anyone out. They're ALL great. During breakfast, we wound up feeling like Felicia was family. We will absolutely use this hotel again and are genuinely looking forward to seeing our new friends again.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was fantastic—just a five-minute walk to a beautiful beach, with plenty of excellent restaurants and everything else we needed just minutes away on foot. Communication with the host was seamless, and all of the instructions were clear and easy to follow. The building has an elevator, which was especially convenient with luggage. The amenities were great! The place was well kept and clean. It is close to the Airport. The staff was very helpful. The guest house had everything we needed.
