"The location was very convenient but accessibility was challenging as keys were hard to manage. A cute balcony had a table but no chairs to enjoy the space. Bathroom had broken outlet so hair dryer was useless as it was attached to wall. Toilet seat was loose on one side. Probably the worst was communication 🙄 We paid 2 nights in advance and after a long travel day we were not granted access to the room until we created a fuss. We sent pics of our passports which they claimed never arrived....
