Location was incredible. Right by the Pantheon but a block down a side street so it was just enough removed. The view was amazing. Front desk staff very helpful (and gracious, as I had a little trouble figuring out door entry). They also arranged airport transfer. Room small-ish but clean and with tasteful modern updates, comfortable beds, and perfectly organized. AC and bathroom great. Will most definitely stay here again next time in Rome!
Perfect location, clean rooms, friendly staff who were very accommodating to a traveling family of 5. Used the transportation from the hotel to the airport and there were no issues and they were on time. Will definitely be staying here agian!
Great location. Balcony is a nice perk to have your morning coffee. We were in Room 1, it’s has a shared wall with the little breakfast area, gets a little noisy with the coffee maker on that wall. Breakfast is just cereal, coffee, juice, yogurt and pastry option. When arriving to the pantheonsuites you will be in front of now big double doors, ring the bell for entry and take elevator to the third floor. The location you can’t beat, walkable to everything. If there is something that you really want to see get your tickets asap, they sell out fast. There is a restaurant right across the alley, great food! Rooms were super clean and we had everything we needed.
Nice location steps from the Pantheon. Rooms are small but with a nice balcony. Comfortable, but not luxurious. Negatives would be, no iron or board & no lobby or services of a full service hotel.

Outstanding, incredible b&b. So very helpful and quick to respond. Made our 24 hour trip to Rome so memorable we will definitely return! Can not say enough about the lovely accommodation, room with balcony, delicious breakfast. Just delightful and the location was superb! .Also recommend allowing them to arrange transportation. Super nice driver Nico (spelling off) could not have been kinder!!
You can’t beat the price for the location of this tucked away gem. Keep in mind this is like. B&B so don’t expect a 5 star hotel. The staff was friendly and felt like family. The room was a bit dated but clean and comfortable. They had a small breakfast area with fresh pastries, yogurt, cereal and a cappuccino machine. Don’t forget to pack your universal chargers!
We loved the position of this property
Just a short walk to the Pantheon
Have to time your arrival as costs may incur after 8 pm and no access after midnight
Our plane arrived on time from Australia so we had no problem. Breakfast provisions were good. A glimpse of the Pantheon from our wimdow
All of our flights were delayed so we arrived over 8 hours later than planned. They were quite good about keeping in touch and even offering flight options. It was nice to be greeted by a friendly face at the end of it all.
Nice property in excellent location near the Parthenon. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was self-service continental and minimal in choice. Good value for money for two people sharing, less good for single traveller.
My main issue with the property was that I was charged an additional €30 for a 'late check in'. I checked in just before 9pm, which I had informed them about in advance. Since I was paying just under £600 for a four-night stay, I did not appreciate the extra charge for a 'late check-in'. I had been told that this charge 'may be applied', not 'will be applied', but the person at the desk (who wanted cash - why?) said that they had no discretion regarding this payment.
We enjoyed 3 nights very much. But we were sightseeing so we left early in the morning and came back late every day.
The staff is wonderful, very accommodating. We felt like we were staying with friends. Coffee, danish, fruit provided and we brought to our room. I felt bad for making coffee so early in the morning because I probably disturbed the whole place.
The atmosphere is spectacular, hot hot water, comfortable bed, excellent AC. Walls a little thin but not too bad. Elevator small, but 2 people ok, safe locks (main door, gated entrance and then the hotel and then room).
This is a building built in the 1700s (I believe) and close to Pantheon. The hotel has no control over the noise from street but it wasn’t bad. This is a guesthouse so the staff leaves at night. We felt perfectly safe.
The hotel is very well located, within walking distance of many of Rome’s main attractions, making it easy to explore the city on foot.
The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The air conditioning worked very well, which made the stay much more pleasant, especially during the summer.
On the downside, the breakfast was quite limited and below expectations. Another important point is that the hotel charges a very high late check-in fee after 8:00 PM. This extra charge was not clearly disclosed in the booking listing, so it came as an unpleasant surprise. I believe this information should be much more visible before booking.
Overall, it was a good stay thanks to the excellent location and comfortable room, but the breakfast and the lack of transparency regarding the late check-in fee should be improved.
Very close to all the historic sites we wanted to see (walkable for most). Uber and taxi was very easy to use for sites further away. Plenty of dining options within a few minute walk. Very quiet property. We felt safe and secure.
Had a problem with my flight and wasn’t able to travel to Rome. Hotel didn’t let me cancel my reservation and charged me the full amount. They don’t care about the reason or if it was any emergency/unforeseen circumstances
