"Great choice! We flew in from Oakland, and caught BART from the airport to San Francisco. The hotel was walking distance from the Powell St BART station, and to the trolly. The location was excellent, as we were able to walk to several eateries, and were only 1 block from the hop-on-hop-off bus stop. If you don't mind walking, China town and little Italy aren't far away. The room was comfortable and clean, and the hotel was wuite peaceful. The staff was kind and very accommodating. "Was able to check in early was a live saver. Staff was great and nice my room was nice and organized. While everything was a little hilly, it’s around everything you would want. "

"This is a good deal for the clean and spacious room, which is about 10 minutes shuttle ride from SFO airport. Upon check-in, the hotel gave me a credit for items from their small hotel shop."
