「Good value for money. A room on 1st floor of a small terraced block of houses. Advert should be clearer that it is a shared bathroom (with one other room) and no sink in the room. A toaster, microwave, and kitchenware are provided but have to do your washing up in the bathroom sink and no teatowel provided. Comfortable bed and HUGE TV. Not as clean as could be e.g. food stains on and around the bin, toaster was quite grimy + corners of the room and staircase had visible dust. Prompt contact...

「We arrived to check into an accessible room. No help was offered to navigate a small set of steps to our room. No explanation of the amenities available or what time breakfast was served . The following morning our television didn't work breakfast was £16.95 for full english so we ate elsewhere. On our return after a lovely day out we were greeted with very loud music which all the guests had to endure as the events room doors were left open,so when we had to return to reception as our room key...

「Staff were great, the hotel looked stunning and the grounds were amazing. The breakfast was delicious too. The room we had was in the attic so I kept hitting my head, the main light in the room was above the doorway which was around a corner so didn’t really help at all. There was water and hair in the bottom of the shower when we arrived as if someone had only just had a shower. There were patches of damp in the room around the window and on the ceiling.」

「Reception staff wasn't kind. I felt it was arrogant. I began to wonder if it was because I am Asian. Just one person...not everyone. The area was surrounded by major roads, which made it difficult to get around without a car.」

「Basic hotel, but clean room and comfortable bed. Staff really friendly and helpful. Stay included breakfast, but limited really to takeaway style bags in which to take your choices to your room, or sit at small tables in reception. Would probably give it a miss if staying again. Location is in the middle of large industrial estate, so whilst its cheap, and ok just to put your head down for a night or two, it is limited in what it can offer to tourists.」

「Excellent hotel . Our room was spacious, clean and had the benefit of air conditioning which was very welcome during this present heat wave. The lobby had an air of luxury and the gym was excellent. We found the staff to be extremely helpful and courteous. All in all we had a lovely 3 night break and will definitely be staying there again. Highly recommended.」

「We had a good stay at Premier Inn Durham North overall. When we arrived, there was an issue with our booking payment. We had already paid through Expedia, but at reception we were initially told that the payment had not gone through and that we would need to pay the full amount again. The receptionist was not very friendly at first and said that this was not their problem, which felt quite stressful after a long journey. In the end, he made a phone call and we were given our room, so the issue...

「The Hotel is set in lovely surroundings. Swimming pool is excellent. the room was small and a long way to walk to get to it. We had a large room facing the front gardens last time and prefer that even though it is a bit dated. The fried eggs they brought out for breakfast fresh from the kitchen were cold not certain how that happened.It was as if they came from the fridge.」

「We have just arrived home after an excellent weekend at hotel 52. The girls in bar and restaurant could not do enough for us, and the food in rango's was very good. The only downside was as the weather was very sunny our rooms were very warm as there is no AC. But that said we will definitely be back.」

「Pleasant stay at the Seaton Lane Inn with a little hiccup of no towels in the room on arrival but was remedied straightaway. Check in was quick and easy although steep stairs to the upper level of the Inn rooms. May be a little difficult for older people to negotiate these. Had food in the restraunt one night and enjoyed the steak which was cooked as asked and the service was also good from the waiter. Check out was also quick and easy so a very good stay at a good hotel.」
