Apartments in Fifth Street Metromover Station for Rent

The place is beautiful, with a large balcony overlooking the bay. As for the space, it's a very comfortable studio with good decor. It has a nice pool, gym, and yoga area. I would totally recommend it. Maybe the only thing to keep in mind or improve is that parking is not included in the rate.

Excelente distribución de la habitación y la ubicación maravillosa

Our experience has been great! Kat was waiting at the lobby to greet us when we arrived and quickly checked us in. Kat also responded very quickly to a couple of very minor issues we had with the apartment and offered to have them resolved right away. Our 2br/2ba apartment on the 25th floor had a spectacular view of the water and city. The unit was clean and comfortable. We were especially happy to see that the kitchen was equipped with a blender to make our daily smoothies. The location is...

Great accommodations! Easy check in and check out. The studio had everything- kitchen, washer/dryer. Comfortable bed and nice shower. Would book this again next time I’m in Miami.

It was amazing definitely the place to stay great view building was brand new everything was great

Gran experiencia y lugar para quedarte en el centro de Brickell

The pool was really nice. I didn’t really like some of it was in the shade because of the way the building sat though. Check in was a little rough only because it was my first time goin through a place like this. but my host did communicate well and helped me through the process. I would stay here again forsure.

Was a great place to stay! Pretty convenient to all things downtown (about half a mile walk to popular locations!) Clean, easy and facilities were nice! The pool gets sunshine in the early mornings - would say best for a couple because of the space. Highly recommend!

The room was very clean and organized with a wonderful city view. The building was relatively quiet. We especially loved how spacious the bathroom area is. Valet and concierge services are exceptional, the restaurant on the 25th floor is great, and it's in a great location in Miami. However, we did encounter one issue that did cost us a decent amount of money. The water connection for the washer was not hooked up and no dryer was available. This meant instead of being able to do our laundry,...

Great place to stay. Clean and staff is friendly.

Clean hotel with great service- prime location- hector did a great job

The place was spectacular. The views were to die for. Had everything we needed. The AC was great, comfortable bed and super clean. Can't wait to return next year.

This property is quiet and clean overall. The unit has a washer and a dryer with a small box of washing powder, which is convenient for us to clean our clothes. We can also reach the Walgreen and Publix with 5 min walk. One small drawback is they do not provide enough shampoo and body wash (only a small tube for each) so we have to buy our own.

I loved the included parking and balcony bay view. Will be coming back.

Perfect condo. Great location. Host was always available for any questions.

Beautiful hotel suite, awesome on-site assistance gorgeous would do it again
