「The room was absolutely boiling hot and there was no way to open a window or cool it down.」

「Just a wonderful experience」

「Clean, big room」

「Na」

「We had a good stay. Staff was amazing but the tub in the room wasn’t really clean had hair and the stopper was broken so had to use a washcloth to hold the stopper up not to collect water. The pull out sofa was uncomfortable and the blanket provided to go with it was not sufficient as my son was still cold. The heat stopped working on our last night there. The bistro and bar in the lobby were a plus and the kids enjoyed the pool!」

「The hotel was very nice and the staff absolutely wonderful, very welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. The lobby was cozy with a fireplace and lots of seating and the included breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Fabulous location! No more than 15 minutes from the most popular attractions and walking distance to several great restaurants.」

「Comfortable bed」

「What impressed us first was the happy welcome by both men at the front desk. Sadly, these days that’s rare in the service industry. Too often the person at the front desk makes it seem as though you are bothering them, forcing them to work there, and they are miserable. Everything else was perfect during our one night stay.」

「A really nice, clean place with excellent staff. The on-location dining was fantastic. Location is in the heart of downtown and an easy walk to pretty much anything you need.」
