「Maybe a boutique style isn't my cup of tea! The bathrooms are beautiful but were not practical for 4 adults and 2 teenagers who all wanted to shower and not use a soaker tub. The listing was a little off base as it did say 3 bedrooms in the title but then mentioned 4 bedrooms and a sofa bed. While it could sleep 8, one room had a double bed and bunk beds. The location worked out well for us though. We didn't do any cooking but looked like the kitchen was well stocked.」

「The pool had small debris in it. No big deal if you're not picky but it can be an issue if you have kids. The pool also had a vacuum running in it and the host warned to not remove it. The end result is a pool with a vacuum running in it and a long hose attached to it that posed a threat to kids. I had 3 kids with life vests that found themselves struggling to navigate around the super long hose. I believe the pool should be thoroughly cleaned and the vacuum removed prior to renting out. 「Loved our stay. Very clean. The kitchen area was spacious with lots of dining area. The pool table was a nice bonus. The outside area provided lots of gathering spaces. Pool was great.The owner was extremely responsive to any questions I had. And offered recommendations that were appreciated. 」

「When we arrived the house was very clean. We only stayed one night as we were in Miami for an appointment but the house is well situated for Coral Gables restaurants and the parking was good at the house. Will be staying again when we go back to Miaimi」
