Packages may be delivered to the door. As this is a standalone property without a front desk or doorman, guests are responsible for their retrieval and lost packages.

We provide essentials, including an ironing set, laundry facilities, a portable crib, complimentary WiFi, and Smart TVs. Please note that our linen service does not include washcloths or kitchen towels. A check-in procedure is in place to verify identity, payment method, and booking for security and fraud prevention. Booking confirmation follows successful screening.

There’s also a Pack ‘n Play and some children's toys and books, workout set including: yoga mat, workout weights, resistance bands, jump rope and a full-sized ironing board with iron.

Our concierge services can arrange boat rentals, chefs, massages, and more. Housekeeping services are available upon request at an additional cost. Please note that any third-party services are independent of the property owner. We offer concierge services to our guests. Wishing to rent a boat, engage a chef, or book a massage? Our concierge can arrange these and more upon your request. We want to clarify that the managing host facilitates these local, third-party services and bears no connection with the property owner. The booking of any optional add-ons signifies the renter's agreement to absolve the property owner of any claims related to these third-party activities. We are pleased to arrange housekeeping during your stay, upon request, and at your cost. We reserve the right to assess fines for excessive cleaning, trash removal, and property damage.
