"Great family friendly property. Issues with checkin the security desk had some things mixed up. Also Our washer didnt work but maintenance came to repair it come to find out it was turned off at the breaker. Also dryer fid not dry very well but overall this is a nice condo proin a very nice abd safe area will definitely return agay"

"This place is exactly where you want to be in coconut grove, walking distance to amazing food and bars. The place feels safe and clean, even though it’s a condo it has an upscale hotel feeling. Fresh towels, waters, sanitized remotes, etc made it feel all the more welcoming. Hotel staff at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. Great view of the water. Perfect for a couple on a long weekend."

"Nice hotel room with mini-fridge. Fantastic location, easy parking. Check-in process seemed to have too many steps and was a little redundant (asking for the same information multiple times, contact 30 minutes prior to arrival). If you complete all the online steps upload ID, provide credit card it’s much easier but I’m not sure everyone wants to do that. All in all great stay."

"This Property was a Grage turned into an efficency apartment!! it was clean and cute .. everything low to the ground not Senor Friendly! it was also VERY misleading.. it states it's next door to Andy's Resort.. Pool, tiki Bar .. swim up bar!!! and THAT WAS A LIE!!! the owner was Andy and his income comes from this property no harm in that!! I was there for work but also wanted Pool Time!!! unfortunatly I had to Leave early and Andy is still not responding to my Text or Calls!!!"

"The condo is beautiful and it was very comfortable for my husband and myself and my two teens. The two pull out sofas with memory foam mattresses were perfect for the teens. The condo is fully stocked with anything you could need. We had a wonderful stay and the host is lovely and easy to communicate with. We would definitely book a stay here again."

"My husband and I love staying at the Arya Hotel for an occasional stay-cation. The studio is beautiful, the bed would benefit from a pillow topper as it was firmer than out liking but besides that, the bathroom is enormous and the view is spectacular."
