「The house was clean, well styled, well maintained and absolutely more gorgeous than the photos. We loved how well the home has been restored, eg. amazing water pressure, nice hot water, high end finishes, while maintaining the original architecture! The home was peaceful and had everything we needed for our stay, including for our infant. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer!」

The house has a lot of charm, with lemon and almond trees in the orchard, and sheep in the surrounding fields. Die moderne Architektur, das schöne Grundstück, der großzügige Pool und die ruhige Lage bilden ein sehr gelungenes Gesamtpaket. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und bei Bedarf jederzeit erreichbar. Kann man wirklich sehr empfehlen. Gerne wieder 😊」

「Die "Casa Julia" ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Super Lage, sehr ruhig und trotzdem schnell in der Stadt. Schöner Pool, Hollywoodschaukel, billiardtisch und volleyballfeld. Außerdem gibt es sehr viele Sitzmöglichkeiten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.」

「We have just got back from a lovely week! The villa is so nice, very clean and a really modern kitchen. The pool is definitely the best bit, it's a nice size and very clean. Carlos the owner was very responsive to any queries we had. There is a photo of a bath in the pictures but there is no bath there. The only thing I would say is if you are taking a baby then bring a travel cot and maybe a travel highchair but apart from that, 5 star! Thank you for a lovely stay.」

「Lovely house where the breeze always blows through the trees. Great swimming pool. Birds in the mornings. The road to Porreres or Llucmajor is really nice and it only takes a few minutes. Central location makes it easy to get to other points on the island, too.」

「We didn’t need the aircondition as it was not that hot anymore in October but I can guess in summer you really miss the aircon in the bedrooms. The mattresses were quite soft for us but that might be personal taste. Otherwise the livingroom was very cozy as well as the big terrace with beautiful views over the mountains and Montuïri. We enjoyed most the terrace and the pool area which was also very clean and well kept.」

「Eine verwohntes Haus, Bad mit Schimmel, Dusche tröpfchenweise, Socken vom Vorgänger in Zimmerecke, Sitzemöbel mit Macken und Flecken. Ein Fernseher funktionierte nicht, Kaffeemaschine muss dringend entkalkt werden, mehr fällt mir gerade nicht ein. Einzig die Lage ist von Vorteil」

「最高のロケーションです。徒歩数十秒でビーチに行けて、付近にレストランも沢山あります。パルマ市内まで出るのであればバス若しくはタクシーが便利でした。 プールも清潔で文句ありません。 部屋は見事なオーシャンビュー。。。 毎朝起きるたびに幸せな気分になりました。」
