Fantastic Finca with Wi-Fi, Air Conditioning, Garden and Terrace

The dreamlike Finca Sa Raconda is located in the interior of the Mediterranean island and promises absolute privacy and relaxation. The villa has a comfortable living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. It also has Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a wood chimney and a pellet chimney (included in the price), a TV and a baby cot. Outside there is a beautifully-landscaped garden, a covered terrace and a lovely pergola, which invites you to eat together in the fresh air. Due to its ideal location, guests will find a large selection of restaurants, bars and cafés as well as all kinds of activities 25 km away in Palma de Mallorca. . A smaller selection of restaurants and supermarkets can be found only 3 km away in Algaida. The kilometre-long, sandy beach on the coast of Palma is a 16-minute drive away.

Casa muy limpia, muy bien equipada con todo el necesario y de calidad

Pros: Nuestra estancia de 5 días fue absolutamente perfecta. Rafel nos recibió con una amabilidad excepcional. Siempre estuvo dispuesto a ayudar con cualquier consulta o necesidad, asegurándose de que tuviéramos una experiencia perfecta. La casa estaba impecablemente limpia y cuidada en cada rincón, lo que nos dio una gran tranquilidad desde nuestra llegada. Lo que realmente marcó la diferencia fue el nivel de detalle y la atención de Rafel. El primer día nos dejó unas deliciosas uvas frescas de su propio jardín sobre la mesa, un gesto que nos hizo sentir muy bienvenidos. No solo la casa estaba totalmente equipada con todo lo necesario sino que cada pequeño detalle fue pensado para garantizar una estancia cómoda y agradable. Solemos viajar bastante, pero es la primera vez que nos quedamos en una casa tan especial. La propiedad está situada en un lugar único y paradisíaco, rodeado de tranquilidad y belleza natural. Traumhaftes Sorglospaket

Pros: Der Check-in Prozess lief unkompliziert über WhattsApp indem wir sehr umfangreich alle Infos bekommen haben (auch mit Bildern über wichtige Dinge wie die Alarmanlage etc). Man konnte den sehr angenehmen freundlichen Gastgeber bei Anliegen jederzeit erreichen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet, wir waren immer wieder überrascht an was unser Gastgeber neben den Standarddingen wie Gewürzen, Alufolie, Toilettenpapier, Zewa, Handtücher/Strandtücher alles Gedacht hat ( z.B. Kühlbox mit Kühlpads, Sonnenschirm, Spielzeug/Sandelsachen für Kinder, Gesselschaftsspiele, Bücher...etc). Man spürt das der Gastgeber mit Liebe vermietet und ein Zuhause für jeden schaffen will. Auf dem großen Grundstück befinden sich viele Früchte ( Zitronenbäume, Grapefruitbäume, Feigen, Trauben), weshalb wir immer Frische Limonade hatten ;-) Wir haben jeden morgen Barfuß unsere Runde auf dem Grundstück gemacht und uns über die Morgensonne und die friedliche Natur gefreut.

Pros: La finca lo tiene absolutamente todo! Es un lugar de encanto, muy bien situado (pueblo centrico) para poder descubrir todas las riquezas de la isla, con un jardin espectacular que te hace sentir como uno rey entre limones y nisperos. Gracias por esta semana maravillosa.

Alles bestens

Wundervolles Haus, alles was man benötigt war da und exzellenter Gastgeber. Allerdings sollte man erwähnen dass 2 Hunde auf dem Grundstück wohnen. Diese hat der Gastgeber uns zuliebe weg getan, da wir vor Hunden Angst haben. Das war sehr rücksichtsvoll.
