「Wonderful views」

「The house and pool were lovely. It was a 20 min walk to the nearest big shop for food, but we had a hire car so that didn't bother us. It was lovely and quiet with great views over to Fuerteventure. There was only air conditioning in the double rooms, but fans available in the others. The couple of minor issues we had while we were there were dealt with quickly and had a very friendly chat with the owner before we arrived to give us all the check in details which was lovely. 」

「Everything about the villa was beyond fantastic. The facilities were exceptional. We are a large family ranging from 60 years to 18 months including four teenagers. We spent most of our time outdoors, using the pool, massive BBQ, outside kitchen, seating areas. The big and small kids had many a laugh while playing table tennis and pool.The cleanliness inside the main villa was 4*, large air conditioned rooms and comfy beds. 「Fabulous villa in a great location. Quiet with wonderful views, excellent communication from the owner with smooth arrival and departure. Supermarket 5 min walk, in addition to two restaurants and a take-away same distance. Tennis courts and large communal pool also 5 mins away if you want a change from your own pool. 「Las Blancas was a beautiful villa. I stayed with my partner, two girls and my parents. It was perfect. The pictures do not do it justice. The rooms were bright and spacious. The pool was amazing. The villa was situated it a perfect position. Less than 10 mins to the beach (if you turn right out of the villa and walk to the bottom of the road, then through the wooded area to the left, then right along the road, etc) We found getting to the mercadona or lidl was alot quicker going this way as...

「Utopia is excellent, it's clean easy to find, easy check in and near all the Playa Flamingo facilities. The pool is perfect for the kids to play in and there was plenty of space for a family of 6 or more. If you rent a car then you can get to the beaches of Papagayo and all the other attractions Lanzarote has to offer but if you prefer to walk then Playa Flamingo is an easy walk away as are 2 of the water parks. We travel with our autistic son and this villa was perfect with surrounding walls...

"スタッフの対応がとにかく素晴らしい。ロストバゲージに遭い、困っている時にとても親切に対応してもらいました。スペイン語がわからない私達の代わりに、荷物の問い合わせを空港に毎日確認してくれました。ホテルも清潔で、部屋も綺麗で快適に過ごせました。滞在中に荷物は見つからなかったが、その後荷物が見つかりました。本当に感謝しています。またバルセロナに来る時は、必ずここのホテルに泊まります。"

"サンツ駅を利用するため駅上のこちらのホテルを利用しました。今回三回目になります。一番のお勧めは水回りが広いこと、朝食が充実していることです。朝のオムレツは毎日の楽しみでしたし、新鮮なフルーツもたくさんありました。近所には大型スーパーもあり日用品やテイクアウトには困りませんし、カフェも飲食店も充実しており駅周辺にしては治安も良く女性一人旅でも全く問題ありません。カタルーニャ広場まではR鉄道で1駅です。空港ターミナル1まではターミナル2に着くR鉄道より数分間隔で発着するメトロの方が早いです。"

"モダンなデザインのホテルで、とても良いサービスでした。バスタブ付きの部屋をリクエストするのを忘れていましたが快く変更に対応してもらえました。ルームサービスが24時間あり、便利でした。朝食も良かったですが、少し遅くなるとまだ締め切りまでに2時間もあっても食べるものが補充されておらず残念に思いました。それから、部屋へ繋がるエレベーターはフロントの階で乗り換えるのですが、どの階にも誰でも行けてしまうのでセキュリティが少し心配でした。 22時過ぎに部屋のドアをノックされて驚きましたが、清掃係からタオルが余分に必要かと聞かれて驚きました、広い部屋に一人なのでもちろん不要です。そうした要望があればこちらから連絡するのでノックはやめて欲しいです。チェックアウト時の対応も丁寧で、全体としてとても良い印象です"
