Fantastic town house for 6 people in s'Estanyol. Located near the sea, the back terrace with pool and barbecue will make you enjoy a deserved vacation.
This great house surprises with a simple but wonderful back terrace, equipped with no less than a beautiful salt water pool, a barbecue and a furnished porch where you can enjoy nice meals and evenings. In addition to a cool swim in the pool -sizing 5 x 3 metres and with a water depth ranging from 1.1 to 1.7 metres- you will love to sunbathe on one of the two sun loungers or read a book on them. But, the best of it all is that the beach also is very near, only 600 metres away. The front of the house offers a furnished terrace where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine with your family or friends.

Inside, you will find a great living - dining room where you can watch the TV-Sat and take a nap while cooling with the AC or having lunch all together. The modern and independent kitchen offers a gas stovetop and all you may need to cook your favourite dishes. There are two shower bathrooms as well as three bedrooms in the house. All of them feature a closet and a fan. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed and the last one presents twin beds, the las two with AC. If you are travelling with your baby we can prepare a cot and a high chair. The washing machine, iron and ironing board can be found at the terrace.

S'Estanyol is a beautiful coastal area for those who love not just any beach but the paradisaical beaches and coves of crystalline waters. The nearest one is located 600 metres away but we recommend you visit es Trenc, sa Ràpita or ses Covetes. The area also offers some good bars and restaurants in s'Estanyol and its surroundings where you can go out for dinner after a long day at the beach.
