Easy to get the right temperature and pressure. The whole bathroom suite looked like it was relatively new. No mold no water damage anywhere even the grouting was clean. 「The hotel facilities are good. We were waiting in line to get in, but the woman at reception was already helping other guests and seemed to ignore us a little. She also spoke very very fast. If that hadn't happened, it would have been great. I wondered if it was because we were Asian. It was the first unpleasant feeling I had in the UK on this trip. It would be helpful if there was a shuttle bus to the airport terminal.」
