「Check-in was not good. Room was 2 hours late being ready and not recognized as a VIP. No additional accommodations, I.e. free parking and/or waiving if the resort fee offered. Breakfast was over crowded and woefully short on food coming out of the kitchen. It said free breakfast but we didn’t get to eat it due to lack of food coming out. Beautiful property, great location but the experience certainly feel short.」

「This is a beautiful place to stay. Staff is nice, breakfast was good. Loved the Art in the halls. Only one issue I have is that it is not quiet one bit, you can hear the people upstairs flushing their toilet, talking and walking back and forth. It is loud! Didn’t sleep well at all. Will stay again, despite the noise. It’s hard to find a place at a great price, close to where I need that is clean with a nice breakfast and nice staff. 」
