"Always a nice place to stay. Walking distance to downtown restaurants. Clean, nice staff, wonderful breakfast included. Plenty of parking. Will be back"

Cottage Inn By The Sea

"It is a beautiful place to be; right on the bluff! I like the fact that you can walk along the bluff and go down to the beach via stairs. The stairs are pretty easy to maneuver so need for worry there. The pier was within walking distance as well. There were some really good restaurants in Pismo Beach. We recommend the Italian restaurant for sure. the name is Guiseppes (not sure on the spelling). And you have to have one of the cinnamon rolls at The Old West Cinnamon place. Delicious!! It's very relaxing place and that's what we went for. I would stay there again. I recommend a first floor room as the fire pits are outside your room and you can hear the waves all night."

Harbor House Inn Morro Bay

"This is a great motel and located in a great spot in the little town. A little white noise went a long way but it was overall quiet. Minus the heavy footed neighbours upstairs which is not the fault of the property. The room was clean and very comfortable."

Edgewater Inn And Suites

"Everything was well maintained. Staff was friendly. I left an expensive item in the room. I received a phone call. I was very glad for that phone call. I got my property. It could have been really bad. Very pleased."

"Breakfast was mediocre, the women’s sauna wasn’t working. Pool and spa was nice, rooms were clean staff was friendly. Afternoon cookies weren’t great, hard dry packaged cookies: for the price of the hotel it wasn’t a bad stay and I’d be back."

"Older property showing its age outside but interior of room was clean and well appointed. Outside asthetics were a bit disappointing as the Front building of property was under renovation but not disclosed at the time the reservation was made. Motel is in a good location on Shell Beach. FIREPITS by the bluffs were a BIG plus and are available on first come first serve basis."
