「I knew I didnt book a 5 star hotel - just needing a room to crash for 1 night; however, I wasn’t expecting to check into an unsafe rundown dump. Pictures were definitely deceiving. 「There was a very harsh ammonia/urine smell in our room. We asked to move and were told there were no other rooms. Booked a 2 bed and were given 1 bed. The remote control was chewed and had corroded batteries in it. Stains on sheets and towels. Floor was dirty and sticky.」
