"Check in was easy. Staff was friendly. Rooms were average water park rooms - small but a nice place to stay. Extremely busy when we were there - rainy Monday. Definitely not worth the money for us. Kids didnt even want to stay in the waterpark after about an hour. Everything seemed loud and dirty. Lines were long. Water was cold. Wave pool packed. Lazy river packed, kids racing each other and shoving to get through. Hot tub beyond packed - standing room only. Line too long to justify wait for surf simulator. Stepped in food that had been spilled on the ground. So much food in area where there were no tables. Food in the bathroom sinks and ketchup/waterlogged pizza chunks on the counter in the waterpark. Bathroom in waterpark was dirty, no toilet paper and smelled like urine. We just wanted to leave. We spent the day in the room watching TV instead of swimming. Pretty gross when we were there. Regret staying here, but might have had a different experience if it wasn't bad timing on a busy day?"

"The only negative things I can think of is room service wasn’t available at 9:30 not 10a and our body soap in shower didn’t pump but other than it was amazing!! Love the valet and black car service!!!!!"

"Because of construction, had to carry my huge suitcase up a flight of stairs to the lobby. Very inconvenient. Not easy to do either. I also had to add a day and my rate was more. I had a death in the family and had to push my visit two days, I felt they should have honored the rate I had under the circumstances. Pretty hotel and the restaurant waitress was wonderful! "
