Check in was easy. Staff was friendly. Rooms were average water park rooms - small but a nice place to stay. Extremely busy when we were there - rainy Monday. Definitely not worth the money for us. The Resort at Governor's Crossing
The room we had was very spacious. We did experience some after hours noise from the room above us that caused us to not get enough sleep a couple nights. The hotel was nice enough. I wish a breakfast option was offered. Conveniently located off of the parkway. Great location

THE TENNESSEAN Hotel
The only negative things I can think of is room service wasn’t available at 9:30 not 10a and our body soap in shower didn’t pump but other than it was amazing!! Love the valet and black car service!!!!!
