"Our stay was great! The house was very clean and well-stocked with snacks, water, and seasonings. We did have some initial trouble getting the check-in details and Wi-Fi code, and the oven was a bit temperamental, but the host addressed our concerns right away. Even with those small issues, we’d still rate our experience a perfect 10."

"Cute homey apartment that had everything I needed and was a quick drive or uber ride to campus to meet with my son at UTK. I plan to stay again as our son navigates the next four years. Loved having K brew and a smoothie bowl place close. I also ran and felt perfectly safe. Recommend, if you are looking for a place north of campus."
