"Staff not prepared for fire alarm. Went off there and everyone was running around, no direction for guests. Mixed messages, only 1-7 floor had evacuation order. Asked cleaning lady where stairs are and she couldn’t speak English. Then elevators out most of day. Front desk doesn’t tell you need to use room key in elevator. "

"Loud cars outside window on Main Street but otherwise everything was super. Great location, great room, comfortable bed and easy checkout. Highly recommend!!"

"10/10 stay at Tennessean Hotel in Knoxville, Tennessee! The staff was very friendly and helpful and even greeted you by name, which made the experience feel very welcoming. The establishment was clean, and the rooms were very large and spacious. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and if I’m ever back in the area, I would absolutely stay there again."

We did have some initial trouble getting the check-in details and Wi-Fi code, and the oven was a bit temperamental, but the host addressed our concerns right away. Even with those small issues, we’d still rate our experience a perfect 10."
